What is the age limit for your playground?

The main play area is designed for children under the age of 12. The toddler area is designed for children under the age of 3.

What are your hours of operations?

We are open Monday to Thursday 10 am to 7 pm, Friday/Saturday/Sunday 11:30 am to 7:30 pm. On holidays our hours may change, please refer to our Facebook for the updates.

Why do I need to fill out a waiver form?

Everyone participating in our activities at PlayOn Space must sign a waiver online. Guardian must sign the waiver for 18 years & under. Our waiver form has information on our rules and policies which all guests need to read and adhere to, and it is also needed to have access to the facility.

If I have already filled out a waiver on a previous visit, do I need to fill out another one?

If you have already filled out the electronic waiver form, you do not need to fill it out again. They are valid for one year.

It Is my first time here, Can we just walk-in?

Yes! No pre-booking is required to have fun at PlayOn Space. Visit us anytime during operation hours and buy tickets in-store. You can also purchase tickets online

Do adults have to pay for playground admissions?

With each kid ‘s admission ticket, you get up to 2 adult admissions for FREE!

What’s the time limit on a playground ticket?

Our playground admission gives you UNLIMITED access for the day, but they do not allow re-entry once you have left the facility.

Are minor children permitted to PlayOn Space without an adult?

No, all minor guests (under 12 years of age) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who must remain in the location to ensure the minor guests are supervised visiting PlayOn Space.

Is PlayOn Space responsible for supervising our children?

No, we are not responsible for supervising your children. We don’t charge parents because we encourage you to stay and supervise your children all the time, if they are running around in our facility they will be asked to slow down for their own safety and for the safety of the toddlers. Any children and adults play on our equipment at their own risk.

Do adults and children must remove their shoes?

Yes, you need to take off your footwear when you go inside our facility. No shoes or bare feet are allowed in our facility. This applies to both adults and children.

Why Do we all need to wear socks?

Wearing socks at all times can prevent germs from being spread around. For health and sanitary reasons, we require all customers to wear socks in our facility.

Is there a special rate for Toddlers?

Yes, we do offer a special discount for toddlers. Come in on Monday-Thursday 10 am – 2 pm and enjoy our toddler special two for one deal (two admissions for the price of one) .

*Holiday Monday is not applicable.

Do you have membership?

Yes, we offer two fantastic membership options! Annual membership and monthly pass. The annual membership not only grants you a $120 deduction from your first party booking but also provides a 20% discount for admission. Our monthly pass offers unlimited access to our playground for 30 days, $55 for individuals and $99 for families of up to 3 children. Get your membership by clicking here.

Do you have any family rates or discounts?

Yes, we offer the Taste & Play family fun package that includes your choice of either one 14’ pizza, four drinks and two admissions or four hotdogs, four drinks, and two admissions. Also, our family monthly pass offers unlimited access to our playground for 30 days for up to 3 children.

Can I buy gift cards?

Absolutely! You can buy our gift cards in person or over the phone and arrange for pickup, call us at 780-747-4978.

Can I have my stroller with me in the facility?

Strollers are not permitted inside the playground and cafeteria for cleanliness reasons and to avoid any injuries of having the strollers in the way on busy days. They must be parked in the lobby. However, you can bring in your car seat.

Do you have a place to purchase food?

Yes, our very own 8130 Café has an assortment of delicious food, drinks and treats available for purchase.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?

No, except for birthday cakes or ice cream cakes, outside food and drink are not permitted into PlayOn Space, but we do have plenty of great options available for purchase at our cafeteria. If you plan to bring food due to dietary restrictions, please let our staff at the reception counter know when you purchase your admission/Birthday Party, and they will assist you.

Can we bring food & drinks into the play area?

All food and beverages are not allowed in the playground because we strive to maintain a clean and safe environment for kids to play.

Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations?

We’re proud to support non-profit organizations in our community. We offer a 10% donation of the sales from your event to your organization.

What types of kid’s birthday parties does PlayOn Space offer?

We offer our Fun Space, Mini-Fun Space, PlayOn Team, Basic private, Deluxe private party in stores 7 days per week. Click here to check out the details and book your first party with us!

How do we book a Birthday party?

If your party has 50 participants or less, the quickest way to book and secure your date is through our website online booking. Choose the type of party you’d like from our options and the date and time and choose the extra food you’d like to add to your party. Once you’ve completed the transaction, your party is booked. If you need a custom party or have more than 50 people, please contact us directly at 780-747-4978 or email us at info@playonspace.com to help you build your party.

For all parties with guests under 18 years old, please send them online waiver to guardians to sign in advance of the party.

Can we book a Private event, Christmas party, Private Easter egg hunt at PlayON Space?

Absolutely! We can host your major events at our facility where we can accommodate large groups of people, please contact us directly at 780-747-4978 or email us at info@playonspace.com to help you build your wonderful event with us.

Is there a deposit required to have a kids birthday party?

We require a non-refundable deposit (50% of the total payment) to secure your reservation. The deposit will be applied toward your party total on the day of the party.

What if I cannot pay my deposit within two days?

Due to the high demand of our reserved parties and scheduling purposes, we must receive the deposit from you on time or the reservation will be cancelled.

What is your Birthday Party Cancellation policy?

Once a party deposit is made, it is non-refundable. However, we can help reschedule your party if needed.

With more than 14 days’ notice from the date of the party scheduled

  • No fee will be charged to reschedule
  • In case you still want to cancel the booking, $45 administration fee will be charged for the cancellations and the remaining balance of your deposit will be transferred to a PlayOn Space gift card.

With less than 14 days’ notice from the date of the party scheduled

  • No fee will be charged to reschedule
  • The deposit can only be used toward a rescheduled reservation within one (1) year of the reservation date of the party that was cancelled.

* Keep in mind that any requests or changes for your reservation are subject to availability, please inform us as early as possible. Please note that last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed.

Can I reschedule or upgrade my party and how?

Yes, you can reschedule or upgrade your party for free, however please keep in mind that availability is subject to any changes.to explore your options and secure a new date, we recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible. Does the birthday child count towards the base number of guests for my party?

Yes, the birthday star is counted within the base number of guests in your chosen party package.

What happens if my guest count changes?

  • More guests than the base number of my package but doesn’t exceed the capacity

For Fun Space Party Package accommodates 10 children but can extend to 18 children. PlayOn Party hosts 20 children but can stretch to 40 children. If your guests count exceeds the base number of the package, there is an additional charge of $18 per extra child. For the Mini-Fun Space party package, if you have more than 8 children, we kindly ask that you consider upgrading to Fun Space or PlayOn Party package to ensure everyone has a great time.

  • More guests than the base number of my package and exceed the room’s capacity

We kindly request that you upgrade to a larger party package if you have more guests than the room’s capacity. This ensures everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience in a comfortable space. Keep in mind that any requests or changes for your reservation are subject to availability, please inform us as early as possible. Please note that last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed.

* The birthday child is counted within the number of guests in your chosen party package.

Do children under the age of 1 count towards the children included in the party package?

No, children under the age of 1 do not count towards that number. Children under the age of 1 are free.

Can my guests fill out their waiver forms once at PlayOn Space?

Yes, they can, however, we strongly suggest that it be filled out prior to their arrival, this will speed up the process for them to be able to attend your party. Our waiver form can be found here.

How will the party room be decorated?

We will be setting up tables with plates, cups, napkins and cutlery for each child attending.

Can I bring my own party decorations?

If you want to have a themed party, please feel free to bring your own decorations. These decorations are subject to the party rules inclusive. (wall decorations, piñatas, and confetti are not allowed in the facility) We will try to provide you with a complimentary 15 minutes before the beginning of your party, so you can decorate.

Why can’t we bring balloons into the play area?

We ask that all balloons stay within the party room during the party and be taken to your car if you or your guests will be staying to play after your party ends. No balloons are allowed in the play area, if they were to pop, they would present a possible choking hazard for our younger guests.

What items can I bring to the party?

You’re free to bring your own birthday cake, favorite ice cream and table decorations.

What items am I not allowed to bring to the party?

Pinata’s and confetti both have the potential to be a choking hazard and are therefore not allowed in our facility. Wall-mounted decorations are not permitted.

Can I bring outside food or drinks for my party?

No, except for birthday cakes or ice cream cakes, outside food and drink are not permitted into PlayOn Space, but we do have plenty of great options available for purchase at our cafeteria.

My party booked time is 90 minutes, Can I stay before or after then?

The fun never stops at PlayOn Space. Your booked time is only for the party room, our party packages offer unlimited playground play! There is no limit to staying afterwards, feel free to stay and play after your event, but a reserved room will not be available and public seating is not guaranteed. We kindly request that you and your guests arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before your scheduled party room time. For parties booked in the last time slot of the day, where there won’t be additional playtime after the room reservation, you are welcome to arrive early to enjoy the unlimited play before your party room time begins.

Will my adult guests have place settings set up as well?

All seating in the party rooms is meant for child guests, so all place settings will be for children. We will, however, be supplying plates, cups, napkins and cutlery for your adult guests to enjoy their food as well.

What’s the earliest I can arrive to check in to my party?

We kindly request that you and your guests arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before your scheduled party room time. For parties booked in the last time slot of the day, where there won’t be additional playtime after the room reservation, you are welcome to arrive early to enjoy the unlimited play in our playground before your party room time begins. However, for our evening private parties, you are welcome to come and check in as early as 6:30pm.

When will my party room be ready for me?

Party rooms are usually occupied by other parties before yours, so we require some time to clean up and set up for your event. Although the room won’t be fully ready until the reserved time, you can access it within 15 minutes before your reservation starts.

When can we expect our food and drinks to be served at our party?

The time slot you reserve for your party is the time your private room will be available to you, for the duration of 90 minutes. Your food will be served within the first half hour of your room’s time, and we require an approximate delivery time within this time frame which will be decided on a first come first served basis.

For example, if you have booked your room at 3 pm, you can start using the room from 3 onwards and your food will be served between 3-3:30pm.

When should I settle the remaining balance for my party?

The remaining balance of your party payment (excluding the deposit) is required when your booked room time is over, and your Party Host will meet you in your room to complete payment. Gratuities are not included in your bill but are always appreciated.

Why is it important to stick to my party room reservation schedule?

Ensuring a smooth and enjoyable party experience for everyone is our top priority. To help with this, we kindly request that all guests leave the party room on time at the end of their reservation. This not only helps us maintain our schedule but also ensures that each party can start on time without any delay. We appreciate your cooperation in making your party and the party next to yours run smoothly and on schedule.

Can we go for a walk-in birthday and bring a cake?

Walk-in birthdays WITHOUT a cake are permitted. However, no walk-in birthdays with cake are permitted any day of the week in the café seating area. We have a room rental for $75 per hour. Please refer to our party packages or call us at 780-747-4978 for a walk-in party with cake reservation.

Do we have to clean up the party room after the party?

No, you don’t have to, our professional party host will be helping your party setup and cleanup. At PlayON Space we offer 100% worry-free party hosting and service so that all the birthday guests can enjoy the wonderful moment with the best party experience.
